The HOWO 4m³ rear loader garbage truck is a compact and efficient waste collection vehicle designed for urban sanitation, residential areas, and small commercial districts. It combines durable construction, strong compression performance, and safe operation for reliable daily waste management.
Efficient Compression System
With a tank capacity of approximately 4 m³ and a 2:1 compression ratio, the truck can significantly reduce waste volume, improving collection efficiency and minimizing disposal frequency. The high-strength Q345 steel body ensures long service life even under heavy-duty operation.
Reliable Loader and Tailgate Design
Equipped with a 0.75 m³ hopper and a swing-type hopper door, the loading system supports both 120L and 240L bins. The rear tipping lifting mechanism enables smooth and fast loading, with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 kg per bin and around 400 kg for dual-bin operation.
Fast and Stable Working Cycles
The garbage compaction and lifting processes are optimized for speed and safety: 12–15 seconds for compression, 10–15 seconds for bin lifting, and 20–30 seconds for unloading. These short cycles greatly enhance operation efficiency during daily routes.
Durable and Strong Body Construction
The body is made of Q345 high-strength steel with 3 mm side plates and 4 mm bottom plates, providing superior wear resistance and structural integrity. The tailgate uses an independent hydraulic lock and rubber sealing strip for leak-free operation.

Powered by a 14 MPa hydraulic system with a 20 L/min flow rate, the truck delivers stable and responsive performance for loading, compaction, and unloading. Hydraulic pressure overload protection ensures safety and durability of key components.
Smart Control and Safety Design
The vehicle features both manual and electric control modes, allowing flexible operation. Safety interlocks prevent the loader or tailgate from operating when unsafe. Additional features include an emergency stop button, overload protection, and working lights for night use.

The rear loader can be equipped with different loading options, such as tipping bucket, semi-sealed hopper, fully sealed hopper, or swing arm device, providing versatility for various waste collection needs.
