JAC Junling V6 4.2m Refrigerated Truck
The JAC Junling V6 4.2m refrigerated truck is designed for temperature-controlled transportation of food, frozen products, pharmaceuticals, and other cold chain goods. Equipped with a Thermo King RV-580 front-mounted split refrigeration unit, the vehicle combines an insulated cargo body, reinforced chassis, and efficient cooling system for reliable cold chain operations.
Efficient Thermo King RV-580 Refrigeration System
The vehicle uses the Thermo King RV-580 refrigeration unit with a front-mounted split design and vehicle engine belt drive system. It supports an operating temperature range from -25℃ to +25℃ and provides stable cooling performance for cargo volumes of 17–20 m³. The digital controller, automatic defrost function, temperature display, and protection system help maintain accurate temperature management during transportation.
High-Performance Cold Chain Cargo Body
The refrigerated body adopts a vacuum hot-pressed bridge insulated frameless structure with Class A thermal insulation performance. The cargo box uses high-density polyurethane foam insulation, 80 mm side walls and doors, and a 100 mm anti-slip aluminum floor, reducing heat transfer and improving temperature retention during long-distance delivery.
Reinforced Chassis for Refrigeration Applications
Based on the JAC HFC1048P31K5C7S chassis, the vehicle is specially configured for refrigerated transport. The high-output 28V 90A alternator, heavy-duty battery, dedicated wiring system, and reserved refrigeration interfaces ensure stable operation of the cooling unit during continuous cold chain transportation.
Reliable Power and Driving Performance
Powered by the Anhui Cummins HFC4DE2-2E engine, the truck delivers 117 kW (160 HP) and 460 N·m of torque, providing sufficient power for urban distribution and highway transportation. The Xingrui ML645B six-speed manual transmission, reinforced suspension, and 7.00R16LT tubeless radial tires support stable operation under loaded conditions.
Practical Cab and Export Configuration
The JAC Junling V6 cab is equipped with air conditioning, power windows, multifunction steering wheel, cruise control, rear-view camera, and GPS driving recorder. Optional equipment such as standby power module, temperature monitoring system, ventilation channels, and cargo accessories allows the truck to adapt to different cold chain transport requirements.
