JAC Shuailing Q6 (H330) 4.2m Refrigerated Truck
The JAC Shuailing Q6 (H330) 4.2m refrigerated truck is designed for urban and regional cold-chain distribution. Equipped with an insulated cargo body and KX-300R engine-driven refrigeration unit, it is suitable for chilled food, dairy products, fresh produce, seafood, and other temperature-sensitive cargo.
KX-300R Refrigeration for Chilled Distribution
The KX-300R non-independent refrigeration unit is driven directly by the vehicle engine and supports a temperature range from +15°C to -18°C. At an ambient temperature of 30°C, its cooling capacity reaches approximately 3,050 W at 0°C and 1,750 W at -18°C, with automatic defrost and digital temperature control.
High-Performance Insulated Cargo Body
The 4.2m cargo body provides approximately 18.5 m³ of effective volume and uses high-density rigid polyurethane insulation with 80 mm side and roof panels and a 100 mm insulated floor. The sealed sandwich construction and thermal-break design help reduce heat transfer during repeated loading and delivery cycles.
Purpose-Built Cold-Chain Chassis
The chassis uses an Anhui Cummins HFC4DE2-2E engine producing 117 kW (160 HP) and 430 N·m of torque, paired with a six-speed manual transmission. A heavy-duty 90 A alternator, dedicated refrigeration wiring, reinforced mounting brackets, and reserved refrigeration interfaces support continuous operation of the cooling system.
Practical Cargo Access and Interior Design
The refrigerated body features double rear doors with 270° opening, 304 stainless steel hardware, EPDM multi-layer sealing, waterproof LED lighting, and a concealed drainage system. The anti-slip aluminum checker-plate floor and optional side door provide practical access for frequent loading and unloading.
Flexible Cold-Chain Configuration
The vehicle can be configured with standby electric power, temperature and humidity recording, GPS temperature monitoring, remote cold-chain monitoring, side access doors, meat-hook rails, dual-temperature partitions, stainless steel interiors, and hydraulic tail lifts to match different delivery requirements.
