JMC Shunda 4.2 m Refrigerated Truck with KLC-300 Refrigeration Unit
The JMC Shunda 4.2 m refrigerated truck is designed for chilled and frozen food distribution, dairy products, seafood, meat, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural products. Built on the JMC JX1040TGA23 4×2 chassis, it combines an insulated refrigerated body with a KLC-300 roof-mounted, engine-driven refrigeration unit for temperature-controlled transport.
KLC-300 Refrigeration for Chilled and Frozen Cargo
The KLC-300 is a roof-mounted split-type non-independent refrigeration unit driven directly by the truck engine. It supports a temperature range from +5°C to -18°C, with cooling capacities of approximately 3,000 W at 0°C and 1,700 W at -18°C under the specified reference conditions. Digital temperature control, automatic hot-gas defrost, and pressure protection support stable refrigeration operation.
13.7 m³ Insulated Refrigerated Body
The refrigerated body provides an effective cargo volume of approximately 13.7 m³ and uses 80 mm high-density rigid polyurethane insulation between food-grade FRP inner and outer skins. The thermal-break structure, aluminum edging, stainless-steel corner protection, and anti-slip aluminum floor help maintain temperature stability while supporting frequent cargo handling.
Reliable JMC Shunda Chassis
The JMC JX1040TGA23 chassis uses the JX493ZLQ3 turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 85 kW (116 HP) and 285 N·m of torque. A five-speed manual transmission, reinforced leaf-spring suspension, hydraulic power steering, dual-circuit braking, and exhaust brake provide a practical configuration for light-duty cold-chain distribution.
Cold-Chain Dedicated Installation Configuration
The vehicle includes dedicated refrigeration mounting provisions, refrigerant pipe routing, electrical connections, and a 90 A alternator to support the KLC-300 system. The roof-mounted condenser and internally mounted evaporator provide continuous air circulation through the insulated cargo compartment during engine operation.
Flexible Cargo and Refrigeration Options
Standard equipment includes rear double doors, a right-side access door, stainless-steel door hardware, LED cargo lighting, drainage provisions, and reflective markings. Optional configurations include standby 220 V refrigeration, temperature and humidity recording, GPS monitoring, dual-temperature partitions, ventilation floors, meat rails, and customized cargo access arrangements.
