JMC Shunda 4.2 m Class F Refrigerated Truck
The JMC Shunda 4.2 m refrigerated truck is designed for frozen food, chilled products, fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-controlled cargo. Based on the JX1041TG26 4×2 chassis, it combines a Class F insulated cargo body with a Thermo King RV-300 non-independent refrigeration unit for refrigerated distribution.
Class F Insulated Cargo Body
The refrigerated body uses high-density polyurethane foam insulation with an 80 mm insulated structure and thermal-break construction to reduce heat transfer. Food-grade FRP inner and outer panels, 304 stainless-steel corner protection, and five-layer EPDM door sealing provide a durable and well-sealed cargo compartment for cold-chain transportation.
Thermo King RV-300 Refrigeration System
The Thermo King RV-300 is a vehicle-engine-driven refrigeration unit designed for refrigerated bodies of approximately 12–16 m³. It supports a temperature range from -25°C to +12°C, with cooling capacities of approximately 4,100 W at 0°C and 2,950 W at -20°C under a 30°C ambient condition.
Cold-Chain Chassis Integration
The JX1041TG26 chassis uses either the JX493ZLQ6A or JX4D30B6H diesel engine, both equipped with high-pressure common-rail injection and China Stage VI-b emission control. Dedicated refrigeration interfaces, a heavy-duty alternator, reinforced body subframe, and reserved control wiring provide suitable support for continuous refrigeration operation.
Practical Cargo Access and Interior Protection
The body is equipped with split rear doors opening to 270°, stainless-steel locking hardware, anti-slip flooring, waterproof LED interior lights, and concealed drainage. Optional side doors, stainless-steel floors, air-distribution ducts, meat-hook rails, and internal wall protection can be selected according to cargo type.
Flexible Refrigeration and Monitoring Options
The vehicle can be configured with standby 220 V or 380 V electric power, independent diesel refrigeration, temperature and humidity data logging, GPS temperature monitoring, remote cold-chain monitoring, and dual-temperature partitions. These options allow the refrigerated truck to serve different distribution routes and cargo temperature requirements.
