High-Performance Refrigeration System
Powered by the Carrier Citimax 500 split-type refrigeration unit, the system operates efficiently within a temperature range of +2°C to −20°C, with precise control accuracy of ±1–3°C. It delivers a cooling capacity of 5,100 W at 0°C and 3,200 W at −15°C under +30°C ambient conditions, using R-404A refrigerant to maintain consistent low temperatures.
Superior Airflow and Thermal Management
With an evaporator airflow rate of 2,200 m³/h, the cooling distribution remains uniform across the cargo compartment, minimizing temperature fluctuations and ensuring product freshness throughout the transport cycle.
Advanced Insulation Structure
The body is constructed with 3 mm FRP composite panels and polyurethane insulation (λ ≤ 0.026 W/m·K). The side, front, and roof panels have a thickness of 80 mm, while the floor features 100 mm insulation for enhanced thermal retention. This configuration minimizes cold loss and improves fuel efficiency.
Durable and Hygienic Cargo Space
The non-slip aluminum floor withstands loads ≥500 kg/m², ensuring strength and hygiene for food-grade transport. The double-swing insulated rear doors with EPDM sealing gaskets provide excellent airtightness and easy maintenance access.
Compact yet Capable Transport Design
The insulated body measures 4,000×2,150×2,150 mm externally, with an internal volume of approximately 15.12 m³. This provides ample cargo space for cold-chain distribution while maintaining a total GVW of 4,495 kg and a payload of around 1,200 kg, ideal for city and regional deliveries.
