High-Performance Sweeping System
The truck adopts a dry-type sweeping system combining dual main brushes and dual side brushes (Ø850 mm). Both the main and side brushes feature height and tilt adjustment, ensuring close surface contact and consistent sweeping quality. Hydraulic brush drive and adjustable offset improve efficiency on various road conditions and curb lines.
Strong Suction and Airflow Efficiency
A powerful centrifugal suction fan driven by an auxiliary JX493-G3 engine (57 kW / 77.5 hp) delivers an airflow of up to 8,000–12,000 m³/h. The system provides strong negative pressure for dust and debris collection. The 1,600 mm rectangular suction nozzle, fitted with replaceable wear plates and Ø200 mm vacuum hose, ensures long service life and excellent debris pickup.
Large Hopper and Water System
The 3.5–4.0 m³ debris tank with a hydraulic rear door (opening angle ≥45°) supports easy unloading and manual residual cleaning. The stainless-steel clean water tank (1,000–1,500 L) supplies a low-pressure spray system (15 L/min, 0.41 MPa) for dust suppression and brush wetting, minimizing airborne particles during operation.
Advanced Hydraulic and Control Systems
The hydraulic system (15–20 L/min, 160 bar) uses solenoid valve control and return-line filtration for reliable, low-maintenance performance. The intelligent in-cab control panel manages the brushes, fan, hopper door, and spray functions, while real-time fault diagnostics enhance operational safety and convenience.
