The Isuzu 600P 4×2 road sweeper truck is designed for urban road cleaning, industrial parks, residential areas, factory roads, and other paved surfaces. Built on the Isuzu QL1070A5HAY chassis, it combines an independent auxiliary engine, four hydraulic disc brushes, a floating suction nozzle, and a 4 m³ waste hopper for mechanical sweeping and vacuum collection.
Independent Auxiliary Engine for Sweeping Operations
An Isuzu JX493G3 Euro III diesel engine independently drives the suction fan and hydraulic system, allowing the sweeping equipment to operate without relying on the chassis engine. This arrangement is suitable for repeated low-speed cleaning operations and helps maintain stable power output for the superstructure.
Four-Brush Sweeping and Obstacle Avoidance
Four Ø800 mm disc brushes are hydraulically driven and arranged in pairs on both sides of the vehicle. Their speed can be adjusted from 60 to 120 rpm, while the automatic spring-type retraction system allows each brush to move away from curbs and other obstacles, reducing contact damage during street cleaning.
Floating Suction Nozzle and High-Efficiency Collection
The centrally positioned floating suction nozzle follows changes in the road surface through a three-point rubber wheel support system. With a working clearance of approximately 5–10 mm and a centrifugal fan airflow of at least 12,000 m³/h, the system supports collection of dust, sand, leaves, bottles, and other roadside debris.
4 m³ Hopper with Dust Suppression
The waste hopper provides an effective capacity of 4 m³ and uses Q235 carbon steel with a 304 stainless-steel inner liner. Hydraulic tipping and rear-door opening simplify unloading, while the 1.5 m³ stainless-steel water tank and atomized spray system help suppress secondary dust around the sweeping brushes.
Isuzu 600P Chassis and Integrated Control
The Isuzu 4KH1-TC Euro III engine produces 96 kW (130 HP) and 280 N·m of torque and is paired with an MSB-5M five-speed manual transmission. A centralized cab-mounted control panel manages brush, suction nozzle, water spray, hydraulic, and hopper functions, with a manual hydraulic pump available for emergency unloading.
