JAC Shuailing II HFC1053K2T 4×2 Four-Brush Road Sweeper Truck
The JAC Shuailing II HFC1053K2T 4×2 road sweeper is designed for urban road cleaning, municipal sanitation, industrial yards, parking areas, and other routine sweeping operations. Its four-brush mechanical sweeping system, independent auxiliary engine, rear floating suction nozzle, and stainless-steel hopper provide an integrated solution for dry-surface debris collection.
Four-Brush Sweeping System
Four Ø800 mm sweeping brushes are arranged in pairs on both sides of the vehicle and driven independently by hydraulic motors. The brushes operate at adjustable speeds of up to 120 rpm and provide a maximum sweeping width of 3.0 meters, with full, left-side, right-side, and spot sweeping modes for different road-cleaning conditions.
Independent Auxiliary Engine and Vacuum Fan
A dedicated JMC JX493G auxiliary diesel engine independently powers the hydraulic pump and high-pressure centrifugal suction fan. With an airflow of approximately 12,000 m³/h, the suction system maintains continuous debris collection without relying on the chassis engine, making it suitable for frequent low-speed sweeping operations.
Floating Suction Nozzle and Debris Collection
The full-floating rear suction nozzle follows changes in the road surface to maintain stable contact and airflow. The system can collect particles up to approximately 120 mm in diameter, while the dry-surface collection efficiency is rated at 95% or above under suitable operating conditions.
Stainless-Steel Hopper and Dust Suppression
The vehicle uses a 4.0 m³ 304 stainless-steel hopper together with a 1.5 m³ clean-water tank. Hydraulic tipping and full rear-door opening simplify unloading, while spray points around the sweeping brushes, suction nozzle, and hopper inlet help suppress secondary dust during dry sweeping operations.
JAC 4×2 Chassis and Practical Control System
The JAC HFC1053K2T chassis is powered by an 88 kW (120 HP) Euro III diesel engine and paired with a five-speed manual transmission. A centralized in-cab control panel manages sweeping, hydraulic, and water functions, while the independent manual hydraulic pump provides emergency recovery and unloading capability when required.
