High-Efficiency Mechanical Sweeping System
The sweeping system combines four hydraulically driven brushes with a full-width floating suction nozzle to provide a sweeping width of up to 2.8 meters. Independently controlled brushes with automatic obstacle protection and adjustable speed improve cleaning efficiency while reducing wear. The floating suction nozzle automatically follows uneven road surfaces, ensuring consistent debris collection and a cleaning efficiency of up to 96%.
Independent Auxiliary Power System
A dedicated Isuzu auxiliary diesel engine powers the vacuum fan, hydraulic system, and dust suppression system independently from the chassis engine. This design allows the truck engine to operate at idle speed during sweeping, reducing fuel consumption, drivetrain wear, and operating noise while maintaining stable suction performance throughout long working hours.
Reliable Dust Control and Vacuum Performance
The 4.0 m³ debris hopper and 1.5 m³ water tank work together with a low-pressure atomizing dust suppression system to minimize airborne dust during sweeping. The maintenance-free centrifugal fan generates strong suction for collecting dust, sand, leaves, paper, plastic debris, and small stones, while the internal spray system helps prevent blockage inside the suction chamber during continuous operation.
Durable Chassis for Daily Municipal Operations
Built on the Foton Ollin TX Euro III chassis, the sweeper is equipped with a mechanically injected diesel engine that operates without SCR, DPF, or AdBlue systems, simplifying maintenance in developing markets.
