High-Efficiency Sweeping System
This vehicle adopts a dry-type mechanical brush and suction system for optimal cleaning performance. Two main brushes and two side brushes, each with Ø850 mm hydraulic drive, provide a sweeping width of 2.8–3.0 meters, capable of handling streets, parking areas, and construction zones. The adjustable brush system allows precise ground contact, improving debris collection efficiency while minimizing wear.
Powerful Suction and Hopper Design
The centrifugal suction fan, driven by an independent 57 kW JE493-G3 auxiliary engine, delivers an airflow rate up to 8,000–12,000 m³/h for strong debris removal. The 3.5–4.0 m³ stainless steel hopper features a hydraulic tilt angle of ≥46° and a rear door opening of ≥85°, ensuring quick discharge and easy maintenance. The replaceable wear plates and 200 mm vacuum hose extend service life under frequent use.
Integrated Water and Dust Suppression System
A 1.0–1.5 m³ stainless steel water tank supports the electric diaphragm pump system, delivering 15 L/min at 0.41 MPa. This system reduces dust during sweeping and prevents secondary pollution, maintaining cleaner and healthier city streets.
Hydraulic and Control System
The open-loop hydraulic system provides 15–20 L/min at 16 MPa and includes a 60 L oil reservoir. With 24V DC centralized control inside the cab, the driver can operate brushes, fan, water pump, and hopper functions intuitively. Fault display and safety interlocks ensure reliable and safe operation in all working conditions.
Performance and Safety
With a maximum sweeping capacity of 60,000 m²/h and operational speed between 3–20 km/h, this model is highly productive in both urban and industrial environments. Additional features include work lamps, side markers, warning lights, and a reverse alarm for improved safety during night or confined-area operations.
Durable and Economical Chassis
The truck is built on the Jiangling JX1071 4×2 chassis, powered by a JX4D30D6H engine producing 85 kW (115 hp) with Euro VI emissions compliance. It uses a Wanliyang WLY5G32C 5-speed manual transmission for smooth power delivery and low fuel consumption. The N600 single cab design offers excellent visibility and ergonomic controls, making it comfortable for long-hour sanitation tasks.
