FAW HuoV 4×2 road sweeper truck is an efficient, compact cleaning solution designed for city roads, residential zones, and industrial parks. With a high-speed suction system and reliable hydraulic control, it delivers powerful sweeping performance and low maintenance cost.
Integrated Sweeping and Suction System
This model adopts a dry-type sweeping system combining mechanical brushes and a strong suction fan. The configuration of two main brushes and two side brushes provides full-width coverage of 2.8–3.0 meters. Each Ø850 mm brush is hydraulically driven and adjustable for precise ground contact, ensuring effective debris collection even on uneven surfaces.
High-Efficiency Hopper and Fan System
The 3.5–4.0 m³ debris hopper features hydraulic tipping with a ≥46° discharge angle, allowing quick and clean unloading. A centrifugal suction fan driven by an auxiliary JE493-G3 diesel engine (57 kW) provides an airflow of up to 10,000 m³/h through a Ø200 mm suction inlet—delivering strong vacuum performance for both fine dust and heavy debris.
Advanced Hydraulic and Control System
The open-circuit hydraulic system with a 60 L oil tank and 16 MPa working pressure ensures smooth, stable operation of all sweeping components. Operators can control sweeping width, water spray, and suction modes directly from the in-cab console, equipped with push-button and rotary knob controls, as well as fault diagnostics.
Water Spray and Dust Suppression
A 1.0–1.5 m³ clean water tank works with a 24V electric diaphragm pump delivering 15 L/min at 0.41 MPa. This dust suppression system effectively reduces airborne particles during sweeping, maintaining visibility and cleanliness.
Performance and Working Range
With a maximum sweeping capacity of 60,000 m²/h and an operating speed of 3–20 km/h, this truck offers excellent efficiency for medium to large cleaning projects. The single suction nozzle and optimized airflow structure maximize collection efficiency while minimizing fuel consumption.
Safety and Reliability
Equipped with LED work lamps, warning lights, and reverse alarms, the vehicle provides enhanced safety during night or confined-space operations. The robust mechanical structure and fault-diagnosis function minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
Durable Chassis Platform
Built on the reliable FAW CA1040 4×2 chassis, this road sweeper uses the CA4DB1-12E6 engine producing 88 kW (120 hp). The drivetrain features a 5-speed Wanliyang manual transmission, 3,300 mm wheelbase, and 7.00R16LT tires for excellent maneuverability and load balance in urban environments.
