Equipped with a mid-mounted four-drum brush and a rear suction plate, the sweeper delivers a wide sweeping path of 2.8–3.0 meters. Dual main brushes (Ø850 mm) and two side brushes (Ø850 mm), made of high-strength nylon, ensure thorough cleaning coverage and durability in harsh working environments.
Large-Capacity Hopper and Water System
The stainless-steel hopper provides a 3.5–4.0 m³ capacity with a maximum load of 2,190 kg. It features hydraulic tipping with a ≥46° discharge angle and an 85° rear door opening for efficient unloading. A 1.0–1.5 m³ fresh water tank supports the spray system, reducing airborne dust and enhancing cleaning quality.
High-Performance Suction and Auxiliary Power
Driven by a 57 kW JE493-G3 auxiliary engine, the centrifugal fan generates up to 6,000 m³/h suction airflow. The hydraulic-controlled suction nozzle, spring-suspended and 1,300 mm wide, ensures stable ground contact and efficient debris collection even on uneven surfaces.
Smart Hydraulic and Control System
The hydraulic system delivers 15–20 L/min flow at 16 MPa pressure, with a 60 L reservoir for stable operation. The DC24V in-cab control panel allows operators to manage brushes, suction, hopper, and water spray with precision. Integrated fault alarms improve reliability and ease of maintenance.
