The Foton Forland H2 4×2 dry road sweeper truck is designed for urban sanitation and municipal cleaning operations. Built on a compact light-duty chassis, it combines a four-brush sweeping system, floating suction nozzle, and independent auxiliary power system to provide efficient cleaning performance in cities, industrial areas, and public spaces.
Efficient Four-Brush Sweeping System
Equipped with four hydraulic sweeping brushes, including two central brushes and two side brushes, the vehicle provides a maximum sweeping width of 3.0 meters. The adjustable brush speed and hydraulic obstacle avoidance mechanism allow stable operation on different road surfaces while reducing wear caused by curbs and road obstacles.
Advanced Vacuum Collection Design
The central floating suction nozzle uses a spring and hydraulic dual-floating structure to maintain close contact with the road surface. With a 2,100 mm effective suction width and a 180 mm suction pipe diameter, the system efficiently collects dust, sand, leaves, and other roadside debris while improving cleaning consistency.
Independent Auxiliary Power System
The sweeping system is driven by an independent Jiangling JX493G3 auxiliary diesel engine, reducing the workload on the chassis engine during low-speed cleaning operations. This configuration provides stable power for the vacuum fan and hydraulic system while improving fuel efficiency and extending chassis service life.
Compact Chassis and Flexible Operation
Based on the Foton Forland H2 4×2 chassis with a 3,360 mm wheelbase, the sweeper offers excellent maneuverability in narrow streets and confined working areas. The 7,360 kg gross vehicle weight and 4.0 m³ debris hopper provide a practical balance between cleaning capacity and urban mobility.
