Equipped with a rotary vane vacuum pump (model 50QZXDH-68/7000) in a dual-pump parallel setup, the system achieves a high vacuum level of approximately 93 kPa with an airflow capacity of 68 L/s × 2. This ensures strong suction power for fast loading of heavy sludge and high-density wastewater.
Durable and Reliable Tank Structure
The 12,000 L tank is made of Q235 carbon steel with 6–8 mm wall thickness for superior wear resistance and structural stability. Internal baffles help reduce liquid impact during transportation, while the cleaning port and level gauge offer easy maintenance and safe operation.
Convenient Discharge and Operation
The tank features a rear hydraulic lift mechanism with a tilting angle ≥ 30°, allowing fast discharge of sludge and reducing manual cleaning effort. Suction arm and 3" reinforced hose support smooth and flexible on-site operation.
Dependable Power and Chassis Configuration
Mounted on the Isuzu QL1180EQFRCY 4×2 chassis, it is powered by the Isuzu 6HK1-TCG61 engine delivering 177 kW (240 hp), paired with an 8-speed Fast Gear manual transmission. The configuration ensures stable performance, strong power output, and reliable long-duty operation.
