The Foton Auman D 4×2 vacuum truck is developed for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge suction, and industrial wastewater handling. Built on the Foton BJ1163VLPHG medium-duty chassis, it combines a 12m³ vacuum tank, efficient suction system, and hydraulic discharge structure to meet sanitation requirements in municipal and industrial applications.
High-Capacity Vacuum Tank Design
Equipped with a 12m³ cylindrical vacuum tank, the vehicle provides strong carrying capacity for continuous suction operations. The Q235B carbon steel tank adopts reinforced construction with 5 mm shell thickness, 6 mm end plates, and anti-corrosion coating, allowing reliable operation with sewage, sludge, and industrial wastewater.
Efficient Vacuum Pump System
The standard SK-12 water ring vacuum pump delivers stable suction performance, while the optional Battioni Pagani BP6000 dry rotary vane pump provides faster filling speed and higher efficiency. The system achieves a maximum vacuum degree of -0.085 MPa and supports suction depths of more than 7.5 meters for different cleaning tasks.
Hydraulic Discharge and Easy Maintenance
The hydraulic system controls the rear cover opening and tank lifting functions, making sludge discharge and internal cleaning more convenient. The 45° hydraulic lifting angle, sealed rear door structure, and DN150 discharge outlet improve unloading efficiency after sanitation operations.
Reliable Foton Auman D Chassis
Powered by Euro III mechanical diesel engine options including Cummins ISF3.8s3168 and Yuchai YC4E160-33, the Foton Auman D chassis provides strong low-speed torque and easy maintenance. The FAST 8JS85E transmission, heavy-duty axles, and reinforced suspension system support stable performance under full-load working conditions.
Export-Oriented Configuration
Designed for international sanitation markets, the vehicle supports left-hand and right-hand drive configurations, multilingual control labels, waterproof electrical connectors, and simplified mechanical systems.
