This 12,000-liter vacuum sewage suction truck is designed for efficient collection, transportation, and discharge of wastewater, sludge, and semi-liquid waste. It is widely used in municipal sanitation, industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment, and emergency sewage pumping operations.
High-Capacity Vacuum Pumping System
Equipped with dual rotary vane vacuum pumps (Model 50QZXDH-68/7000), the system provides strong suction with 7000 Pa vacuum pressure and high airflow of 500 m³/h. This ensures fast pumping and stable operation even in heavy sludge conditions.
Durable Tank and Structural Strength
The tank is constructed from Q235B carbon steel with 6 mm shell and 6 mm end caps. Internal 4 mm baffles with flow-guide holes enhance tank rigidity and reduce sloshing during driving. A 3-level liquid level alarm ensures safe and precise load monitoring.
Efficient Waste Collection and Discharge
A fixed suction boom paired with an 8-meter Φ80 mm abrasion-resistant hose allows efficient ground or pit suction. The hydraulic rear door with dual-cylinder locking provides reliable sealing, while the 30° tilting discharge ensures complete unloading with minimal manual intervention.
Reliable Chassis and Powertrain
Built on the JAC HFC1181 chassis, the system is powered by a 245 hp YCS06245-60A Euro VI engine with a Fast 8-speed (8JS85E) transmission, delivering strong torque, low fuel consumption, and stable long-term performance. The 4×2 drive layout and 10.00R20 18PR tires offer reliable load-bearing capability.
Comfortable and Practical Operation
The GALLOP A6 cab provides air conditioning and power windows for operator comfort. The direct PTO system ensures smooth power delivery to the vacuum pump without additional auxiliary engines, reducing maintenance costs and failure points.
