The Foton Auman Planet 4×2 vacuum truck is designed for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, and liquid waste transportation. Its 12.5m³ vacuum tank, heavy-duty chassis, and hydraulic tipping system provide a practical configuration for municipal sanitation, industrial wastewater handling, and overseas service operations.
12.5m³ Vacuum Tank with Reinforced Construction
The vacuum tank has an effective capacity of 12.5m³ and is fabricated from 6 mm Q235-B carbon steel with reinforced anti-surge baffles. The internal drainage channel, corrosion-resistant coating, anti-slip walkway, and float-type overfill protection are designed for regular handling of sewage, sludge, slurry, and other liquid waste.
High-Vacuum Suction Performance
The SK-15 water-ring vacuum pump provides an airflow of 15 m³/min, a maximum vacuum of -0.092 MPa, and a vertical suction depth of at least 8 meters. With 100 mm vacuum-resistant suction hoses and a four-way control valve, the system supports suction, pressure discharge, and standby operating modes.
Hydraulic Tank Tipping and Rear Discharge
A CB-FC40 hydraulic gear pump supplies 16 MPa system pressure for tank tipping and rear door operation. The double-acting telescopic cylinder raises the tank to a maximum angle of 47°, while the hydraulically operated rear door opens to at least 100° for more convenient discharge of sludge and other viscous materials.
Powerful Foton Auman Planet Chassis
The vehicle uses the Foton Auman Planet 4×2 chassis with a Yuchai YC6J245-33 Euro III six-cylinder diesel engine producing 180 kW (245 HP) and 900 N·m of torque. The FAST 8JS118E eight-speed manual transmission, reinforced frame, heavy-duty axles, and 10.00R20 all-steel radial tires provide suitable support for a 16,000 kg GVW.
Practical Suction, Discharge and Export Configuration
The vacuum system includes a DN150 main discharge valve, bottom drain connection, air-water separator, oil mist separator, and automatic overfill protection. Export configurations can include stainless steel tank construction, heating or insulation, high-pressure washing equipment, wireless control, reverse camera, RHD cab, and English operating labels.
