Isuzu GIGA 4×2 12 m³ Vacuum Truck
The Isuzu GIGA 4×2 vacuum truck is designed for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge suction, and liquid waste transportation. Based on the QL1190J6FAY GIGA chassis, it combines a 12 m³ vacuum tank, SK-12 water-ring vacuum pump, hydraulic tank lifting system, and large-diameter discharge outlet for municipal and industrial sanitation applications.
12 m³ Reinforced Vacuum Tank
The vacuum tank provides a 12,000-liter effective capacity and uses Q235B carbon steel with a 6 mm cylindrical shell and 8 mm front and rear heads. Three internal reinforcing rings improve resistance to deformation, while anti-surge construction helps limit liquid movement during vehicle operation.
High-Vacuum Water-Ring Pump System
The SK-12 water-ring vacuum pump provides a pumping capacity of 12 m³/min and an ultimate vacuum of -0.08 MPa. PTO-driven operation supplies the required power directly from the chassis, while the air-water separator, oil-mist separator, four-way reversing valve, and vacuum gauge support stable suction and pressure-discharge operation.
Hydraulic Tank Lifting and Rear Discharge
Two multi-stage hydraulic cylinders raise the tank to a maximum angle of 45°, while a hydraulic rear cover facilitates unloading and internal cleaning. The DN150 discharge outlet provides a large flow passage for sewage and sludge, and the nitrile rubber rear-cover seal helps maintain tank tightness during vacuum operation.
Isuzu GIGA Heavy-Duty Chassis
The vehicle uses the Isuzu QL1190J6FAY 4×2 chassis and is powered by the 4HK1-TC60 four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 151 kW (205 HP). The MLD-6Q six-speed manual transmission, heavy-duty axles, 10.00R20 18PR radial tires, and 19,000 kg GVW provide a suitable platform for loaded sanitation operations.
Integrated Control and Safety Protection
The side-mounted rear control panel incorporates vacuum and hydraulic pressure gauges together with operating controls for the main superstructure functions. Float-type overflow protection, hydraulic locking, emergency-stop control, full-tank alarms, reflective markings, fire extinguishers, and rear work lighting provide additional protection during suction, transportation, and discharge operations.
