SHACMAN L3000 11.5 m³ Vacuum Sewage Suction Truck
The SHACMAN L3000 4×2 vacuum sewage suction truck is designed for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, and liquid-waste transportation. Based on the SHACMAN SX1180LA1 chassis, it combines an 11.5 m³ vacuum tank with a water-ring vacuum pump, hydraulic tank tipping, and multiple discharge modes for municipal sanitation and industrial wastewater operations.
11.5 m³ Reinforced Vacuum Tank
The horizontal cylindrical tank provides approximately 11.5 m³ of total volume and 10.5 m³ of effective working capacity, with reserved space for overfill protection. Q235B carbon steel construction uses a 6 mm shell and 8 mm elliptical heads, while internal reinforcing rings improve resistance to vacuum deformation during suction operations.
High-Vacuum Pumping and Multiple Operating Modes
The standard SK-12 or SK-15 water-ring vacuum pump provides an ultimate vacuum of up to -0.097 MPa and supports vertical suction depths of approximately 8–10 meters. The system can operate in suction, positive-pressure discharge, and pressure-release modes through the four-way valve, providing flexibility for different liquid-waste handling conditions.
Hydraulic Tank Tipping and Rear Door
The superstructure uses a PTO-driven hydraulic system to control tank lifting, rear-door opening, and locking functions. The tank can be raised to approximately 45°–50°, allowing gravity discharge of sewage and sludge, while positive-pressure and bottom discharge connections provide alternative unloading methods.
SHACMAN L3000 Heavy-Duty Chassis
The vehicle is based on the SHACMAN L3000 SX1180LA1 4×2 chassis and can be equipped with a Weichai WP6.210E32 Euro III engine producing 155 kW (210 HP) and 750 N·m of torque, with a Cummins ISDe21030 available as an option. The FAST eight-speed manual transmission, reinforced frame, heavy-duty axles, and 10.00R20 18PR radial tires support loaded sanitation operations.
Practical Vacuum and Export Configuration
The suction system includes 100 mm vacuum hoses, overfill protection, water-gas separation, vacuum and pressure gauges, and large-diameter discharge valves. Export configurations can include an imported JUROP or MORO vacuum pump, stainless-steel tank, high-pressure cleaning equipment, winter heating, RHD configuration, GPS monitoring, and English safety markings.
